Peeja & Basiron's Wedding Favors - 4 December 2010

Salam and hi everyone.  Sorry for not updating this blog coz I've been buzy lately.  Alhamdulillah my blueberry cheese and chocolate muffins are well accepted and loved by almost all who've tasted it (feedback from customers). Recently I received a big order from Kolonel Salim and wife (to me its a big order coz they ordered 1300 pcs of blueberry cheese and 1300 pcs of chocolate muffins amounting to 2600 pcs of muffins) for their beloved daughter's wedding - Peeja. I normally received orders for few hundreds of muffins at one go so when I got this order I was a bit worried couldn't meet the dateline (4 - 5 Dec 2010) coz I've no experince at all baking large qty of muffins at a time.  Again alhamdulillah with the help of my family, aunt, sister-in-law and her beloved daughter we managed to get it done within 3 days. During that 3 days we started at 8:00am and wrapped at 3:00am next day (can u imagine how tired we were). My god, it was a very very tiring experience but it was worth the effort when the bride's mother told me that it was very tasty and they love it. Syukor alhamdulillah. Chocolate Indulgance

These chocolate muffins are  made of dark cooking chocolate.  Even though it is dark but it's so moist and rich in taste.  Well.. everyone has their own favorite version and this is my eldest son's favourite..  From the oven, 30 pcs of these muffins will only last 1 hour on the table..  As for me, I would prefer brown rather than black but hey.. there's a saying... never judge a book by its cover kan... or maybe if  in addition I sprinkle some white chocolate chips  to these muffins it might take them over the top kot..  Thanks KB for your order..

This is my daughter's favourite (Mimi's taste). She likes blue actually so for her birthday I offered to make her cupcakes with blue frosting but she declined because she is now a weight watcher so it 's a long NOooooo to my not so sweet and creamy icing... Only muffin for her and to be exact CHEESE MUFFIN with blueberry filling (macamla cheese tu not fattening kan..). So this is the result.. just the way she likes it.  I love u sayang... Ehh... sorry ye no doubt this is her favourite but this order is for my best friend Lynn wife of Lt. Kol. Mazlan who also share the same taste with my daughter.Thanks Lynn for your support....
