Peeja & Basiron's Wedding Favors - 4 December 2010

Salam and hi everyone.  Sorry for not updating this blog coz I've been buzy lately.  Alhamdulillah my blueberry cheese and chocolate muffins are well accepted and loved by almost all who've tasted it (feedback from customers). Recently I received a big order from Kolonel Salim and wife (to me its a big order coz they ordered 1300 pcs of blueberry cheese and 1300 pcs of chocolate muffins amounting to 2600 pcs of muffins) for their beloved daughter's wedding - Peeja. I normally received orders for few hundreds of muffins at one go so when I got this order I was a bit worried couldn't meet the dateline (4 - 5 Dec 2010) coz I've no experince at all baking large qty of muffins at a time.  Again alhamdulillah with the help of my family, aunt, sister-in-law and her beloved daughter we managed to get it done within 3 days. During that 3 days we started at 8:00am and wrapped at 3:00am next day (can u imagine how tired we were). My god, it was a very very tiring experience but it was worth the effort when the bride's mother told me that it was very tasty and they love it. Syukor alhamdulillah.
